BEGIN YOUR NEXT CHAPTER….

Take Control of the outcome of your case

Litigating family issues can be mentally and financially draining. Emotions run high, and communications break down. Parties that choose to resolve their disputes in the courtroom may be limited by rules of procedure and evidence with which they are not familiar. Even with excellent representation, the outcome of a trial is often unpredictable and almost always binding and final.

Mediation is a process aimed at facilitating agreements between the parties to avoid the uncertainty of trial. Mediation is a confidential process and the mediator does not provide legal advice or represent either party. However, each party is encouraged to have representation from an attorney, or to seek legal advice from an attorney prior to or during the mediation process. The mediator does not decide your case, and you are not forced into any agreements. The purpose of mediation is to open the channels of communication to reach common ground.

Our goal is to help parties resolve their disputes and move forward without the stress and uncertainty of trial. We are based in Sherman, Texas, but serve all surrounding areas.
